Change is often resisted in organizations when new ideas are introduced, and GLS has a structured 02b-changeway of approaching employee resistance as well as generating support. Past situations where GLS has thrived in building support for proposed projects have involved in us: working with all levels of organization to develop a mutual vision and strategy, ensuring visibility with constant communication, developing a sense of urgency and actively discussing reasoning behind proposed changes, engaging and listening to all stakeholders, teaching new skills required, providing support throughout the change process, as well as taking corrective action when required.
